Nico Transfer and DOL

Hi All,

I have 2 titles that are from a Nico title transfer, I need to transfer them to the correct entitles which are parties currently on title now., (2 individuals to 50% and a company to 50%)  I can do the transfers I think its the DOL that Im struggling with. Can someone help with this as I don't know if its going to be complex and if the client needs to pay duty. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Nic1 

NICO (Not in Common Ownership) titles are out of scope in PEXA Transfer. 

The Transfer will need to be lodged as a paper dealing via Section 104 and stamped as a paper transaction via DOL.
