In Victoria you can add a Dealing Requirement into the Lodgement Instructions, to indicate if a consent needs to be provided. The consent itself is provided to the Land Registry after you have lodged your dealings (you should provide the dealing number when attending at the LTO).
@GeorgePolus do you know if the dealing requirements allow for a consent by the Roads Corporation - or are there defined categories of dealing requirements?
