Is the Notice of Acquisition going to be amended in the near future to include the lot and plan numbers required by the councils and water authorities?
I have received direct feed back from two authorities that they still prefer the SRO form to the PEXA document as the former includes the lot and plan of subdivision numbers. As a result, I still draft the Notice of Acquisition multiple times per file.
