I know that PEXA has the NOA and hopefully is working towards a system in which it can be forwarded to the rating authorities upon successful settlement, but I was wondering why a NOD is not prepared through the PEXA workspace as these are required by Water, Owners Corporation and SRO?
Is there a reason for this or is this something that might be brought in later down the line?

As the PEXA network has grown, we’ve identified the delivery of the NOD and NOA to water authorities and councils respectively, as an area where the shift to e-conveyancing has created new possibilities.
PEXA has been consulting with councils and water authorities on alternative solutions that would satisfy the industry’s needs, and we’ll have more to say on this during the course of 2018.
