PEXA Client Authorisation

I was wondering if a client authorisation can be signed by the client electronically using a service such as DocuSign.

The Client Authorisation Form is actually a document provided by ARNECC the regulator, rather than it being a PEXA form. Please see the below links to ARNECC's website:
