PEXA email notifications for invitations

Hi PEXA Community Members, 

In response to feedback, PEXA will make updates to invitation email notifications.

1. The jurisdiction of the transaction to which the PEXA Member has been invited will be clearly shown in the invitation email notification.   This update will be made in PEXA Release 7 (Nov 2017).
2. Email notifications for transactions that do not impact a Party (such as a proprietor or interest holder) on Title, e.g. Transfer of CT Control, will be adjusted to remove reference to affected parties.
3. The workspace search function will be enhanced to make it clear to users that only workspaces of which the users subscriber is a participant will be listed.   Workspaces for which an invitation has been received, but not accepted are not included in the workspace search.

Hi George

The Pexa invitations email notifications are going to the Subsriber Manager's email address. We require them to go to the default email on the primary workgroup. Is there are setting somewhere that this can be changed.

"the Subscriber Manager will still receive the email / notification even if/when the user adds their email address. Adding in the email address will ensure they receive the email as well, however, as the Subscriber Manager is the greatest level of authority within the PEXA System, and are responsible for monitoring the overall use of PEXA, they will always receive the notification as a default.
