PEXA fee trigger

I'm just wondering if someone could advise at what stage is the PEXA fee automatically triggered.  I thought it would be once the documents had been prepared and were successful. Is that correct?

Solution

Re: PEXA fee trigger

Hi @JudyHoward

You're correct!

The PEXA fees will calculate once the document has gone through Lodgement Verification and has 'Successful' in the verification box.

Please note, if you have multiple documents in the workspace and some have not gone through Lodgement Verification then you will only see the fees associated with the 'Successful' document.

Re: PEXA fee trigger

Sometimes a document merely needs to be edited (or just opened and resaved) to restart or trigger verification
