Please advise how to conduct a Discharge of Mortgage with a pCT and if there are any related fees (in VIC)? We act for the Mortgagee but the Proprietor does not have any legal representation.

Has this changed since this thread was last updated? i.e. can a paper to eCT conversion now be done as a standalone transaction in Victoria on PEXA?

Hi @Roz this process hasn't quite changed but it is more efficient. You can email the request to convert a pCT to eCT direct to the Vic Land Registry. You can find the document here: https://www.land.vic.gov.au/land-registration/fees-guides-and-forms
