Hi, I act for the incoming proprietor said initially to be a cash buyer.
However the parents (who in fact are financing the purchase) wish to secure the funds by a mortgage; and so a loan agreement has been executed, as well as the National Mortgage version 1.5.
I created within the platform the incoming mortgagee representation (so now I am acting for the incoming proprietor + the incoming mortgagee). The mortgage is created within the Documents.
My question relates to the documents which support the mortgage. Is it imperative to lodge them? If so which ones are required within PEXA? Thanks for your help
