When you visit Part Tenancy Transfer (QLD) at https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Partial-Interest-amp-Family-Law-Transfers-QLD-Help-Cent..., there’s a couple of issues.
1. If you click on link to Help Card on this page, it doesn’t work. You’re just invited to make a comment.
2. The following appears in Step 3, in connection with representing the POT:
“This is the party who is either receiving additional share of the title of relinquishing all or part of their share of the title.”
This doesn’t sound right. Are there typos in there? Should it read:
“This is the party who is either receiving additional share of the title or relinquishing all or part of their share of the title [or staying put on title and neither relinquishing all or part of their share or increasing their share.”
Or, better still, should it simply be each and every party on title before the transaction?
