I have a question re the duty disbursement account. I have an Adelaide user that has a settlement taking place mid-September and we are acting for the Purchaser. An incoming mortgagee will be providing all funds including the stamp duty.
I understand that in order for the stamp duty to be paid via PEXA on settlement a duty disbursement account needs to be registered with PEXA. What type of account do we register? and who registers the account with PEXA, the Administrator or the User?
The settlement is taking place in the SA jurisdiction.
