Pexa Fee - Sales without mortgage

Dear Team,

I am assisting a client complete a sale of property via pexa. There isn’t a mortgage on title. 

On the PEXA workspace the pexa fee has not uploaded like a purchase or sale where a mortgage is registered on title. 

Should I be add the pexa fee as a vendor destination and if so

how do i do this?

I believe once the transfer is successfully prepared the PEXA fee will populate automatically (you likely need to nominate the title to the workspace first).

The PEXA fee should populate closer to settlement - at about the same time as the documents being ready for signature. In calculating your source funds, just keep in mind the PEXA fees + registration fees required that may not populate until 24-48 hours before settlement.
