Once you complete your Stamp Duty on a Purchase and all documents have been created.
If you are a Vendor, you will need to wait for the Purchasers Conveyancer to do this.

Thank you Maddie,
I just spoke to the PEXA member who advised once the lodgement instructions have been edited PEXA will load up their fees.

In order for fees to be automatically populated in the 'Destinations' tab on the settlement screen, all of the documents need to have passed lodgement verification.
Lodgement Verification is the process where the documents are sent to the Land Registry to be reviewed and return from the Land Registry with a Document Verification Result (the fees are also returned at this point). Lodgement Verification can only occur when all documents have a Document Status of 'Prepared'. Any document with a Document Status of 'In Preparation' indicates that the document is missing information and will need to be edited and saved.
Edit the document to help assess what information is missing, also check the 'Participants Screen' to ensure all Party details have been entered completely. An 'i' beside a participant name will indicate that further information is required.
Fees will be attributed to the Responsible Subscriber. The Responsible Subscriber can be changed via the Lodgement Instructions on the 'Document' screen.
