Hello, I am a newbie with all of this. I am acting for an Estate wherein the deceased is on two titles with four other owners. I have done a transmission application no worries but my question is in relation to the pexa fees for the transfer of the deceased's shares to the remaining owners. I understand pexa fees for multiple titles is going up to $129.03 as at 2 July 2018. My understanding also is that both the transferor and transferee each pay this fee. We are acting for the transferor and all four transferees. Therefore, am I correct in that we will be paying $129.03 for each party ie $129.03 x 5 = $645.15? Can someone please clarify this for me? Many thanks. Nadine

Solution
Thanks for your note. It sounds like the proprietors and transferees are the same for both titles so you can set-up a transfer for both titles, where:
[Title A + Title B] are transferred from A+B+C+D+E to C+D+E.
In that case you should set your Workspace up in the role of proprietor on title, representing A, B, C, D, E.
Because you are only one Subscriber, your collective clients will pay one fee of $129.03 in the proprietor on title role. Additional fees would be payable if the parties had different representatives (one per Subscriber in the role).
You can then complete the transfer using guidance found here [insert hyperlink: https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Part-Tenancy-Transfers-VIC/ba-p/7311 ]
This solution works for Victorian transfers. The answer may not be suitable in other jurisdictions.
If I've incorrectly understood the details of the transaction, please let me know and I can provide a revised response.
