If the fee of $107.80 differ between a purchase and a sale?
Is this fee per user per matter?
Or divided between users? eg: 4 users - costs $26.95 each

Hi Tweed Coast Conveyancing,
Yes correct, the fee is per user per matter. It is not divided between users.
Also, the fee is not differentiated between a purchase and a sale - i.e. it is $107.80 either way.
Hope this helps!
