Pexa settlement

Hi Team,

Is there a way to go about raising issues with the OFI when settlements are delayed multiple times without vaild reasons and when a OFI withdraws' from the PEXA workspace stating that it has passed the PEXA 90days period but the file had only been 50days(including weekends) in the PEXA workspace.

We still have 40 days left and unaccounted for, so can the OFI withdraw from the PEXA workspace with a incorrect reason and delaying settlement.

Also how can we raise issues with PEXA when the OFI is unresponsive in the conversations?

As our clients are not having a great experience with this type of exstensive delays.
