SolutionHi @SarahI
Yes, you can complete a PEXA transfer when acting for the seller who has a power of attorney. You would need to undertake the normal due diligence as to the identity and authority of the PoA in the first instance, as you would in a paper world. You also need to obtain a Client Authorisation Form from the PoA, in addition to completing a VOI.
I hope that answers your query.
Thanks
Angella

Hi @SarahI
This may be of assistance;
https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Ask-the-PEXA-Community/Power-of-Attorney/m-p/5919
If you are looking for WA specific PEXA info, Have a look at the WA group... https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Western-Australia-Group/ct-p/WesternAustraliaGroup
Otherwise, the search function in this community does yield results for 'Power of Attorney' e-settlements...

Does the Enduring Power of Attorney document still need to be registered at Landgate?
Thank you

Hi @ChampionBay
Yes the EPOA still needs to be registered with Landgate prior to settlement.
Cheers
