In the instance where someone is not of mental capacity and a Power of Attorney is selling a property on their behalf, can this transaction go through on PEXA?

if a property is being sold by a person acting as an attorney on behalf of the Vendor who holds a valid power of attorney all that is required is a valid VOI to be carried out on the attorney....... but I would double check with legal !!!!

NSW Update for PoA's.
NSW Land and Property Information (LPI) have now determined to align with the national approach being to rely upon Verification of Identity procedures, and so no longer require PoA details to be communicated to the registrar as part of lodgement.
This means that PoA details are NOT required to be recorded as part of land registry dealings in NSW.
All dealings where a Subscribers client is acting under PoA in NSW may now be completed in PEXA.
