Is there a way to PDF or Print the Transfer form for submission to the broker to include in an incoming proprietor's loan application?
They are insisting they require one and if PEXA does not allow for the download of the form I'll need to use an old LRS one.

It may be the broker is not familiar with PEXA. Once you know who the lender is, you’ll invite them to the Workspace and they can view the transfer as a participant.
It would be worth finding out from the broker which lenders your client’s application is being submitted to, so you can verify whether production of a transfer is a requirement for that lender, particularly in the electronic context.
In paper settlements, a physical transfer of land exists and can therefore be drafted and shown to the lender.
A screenshot of a transfer prepared in PEXA could be taken, but it will not look like a form as it is prepared in paper and should not be necessary given the bank will have a direct view of the transfer once in the Workspace.
