Re: Print to PDF

Hi Sonia,

We have been able to print to pdf for a number of years.

Try the following:

1. View the document you want to print;

2. On the keyboard, press "ctrl" and "p" simultaneously;

3. On the printer destination, change it to "Save as pdf";

4. Press "save";

5. A new window should pop up, prompting  you to select where you want to save and the new file name (so this you need to complete s required);

6. Press "Save"

That should do the trick.

Re: Print to PDF

Hi Graziela,

I have been doing this and printing to leap or pdf to my desktop but the documents are not a true representation of the lodged document and include extra pages, web addresses and sometimes the signing clause is “cut off” and not printed at all.  It looks more like a “print screen” than a true representation of the document.

I look forward to hearing from you further.

Thanks,

Sonia

Re: Print to PDF

Hi Sonia,

You're absolutely right: it shows the web addresses and extra blank pages. I have not seen anything "cut off" though.

Re: Print to PDF

I don't understand why people don't just use word. It's so much easier to work with, I don't think it's worth trying to understand all the tools in an online editor, that only gives you access to a handful of the anyway. I know from personal experience that you have to pay for the majority of them and I don't think it makes sense not to work in word, which has just everything you might need. I personally use https://pdf-ocr.com to convert the files and it's self explainatory from there on.
