Prior mortgagee/bank holding unencumbered titles in WA

We act for a bank where it agreed to discharge its mortgage at the time the parent title was subdivided.

The child CTs are now held (unencumbered), they are to be released as each lot is sold.  The bank's intention is to then collect the net proceeds of the sale and concurrently release of control of the CT.

Can anyone advise as to which capacity we are to be invited to the workspace to verify the CT details and enter destination line items in the FSS?

Noting that the properties are located in WA.

Thanks!
