Private message

This morning I received an email from PEXA advising that I had received a "Private message" from the other side in a PEXA transaction.

I have never heard of a Private message before.  I telephoned the other side to ask her how I get the Private message as I couldn't see a link anywhere.  She said she didn't send one and had never heard of it either.

I regularly use the Conversation link - and often just Conversation one party (unlike banks that send their Conversations to everyone in the transaction instead of just the firm acting for their client).

Has anyone heard of a Private message before?

Re: Private message

Hi @AJJones, yes a private message is also known as a conversation. If you are concerned that the email did not come from the other party, please forward the email to our security team on security@pexa.com.au so they can look into it.

Thanks

Re: Private message

Hi @AJJones

I'm pretty sure a private message is just another name for a conversation.
