Do you have a help card on the procedure of how to produce a non-CAC Title?
We have our first pre 2004 settlement due shortly and have only just realised that the CT needs to be produced at LRS. Is there a way of notifying us that the title will need to be produced when creating a workspace when acting for the proprietor on title? We only got the prompt when attempting to do the consent.

Hi @LeFevre
We do not have a Help Card currently for this process.
I do like your suggestion about a prompt. I will raise this internally.
Please see further information on pre 2004 Land titles in NSW:
Unencumbered NSW titles that are dated prior to the 1st January 2004 are required to be submitted to the NSW Land Registry to confirm their authenticity and obtain a Production Receipt number due to the absence of required security features on the title.
The title will need to be produced to the Land registry along with the e-form found in the link below:
http://www.nswlrs.com.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/215581/E-Transaction_Production_Receipt.pdf
Once produced to the Land Registry, the ‘Production Receipt’ will be attached to the Land Title allowing it to be transacted upon in PEXA.
For further information on this process please see the below link:
Kind Regards
Nancy

Hi @alawson
Yes production of a pre 2004 certificates of title is required. There is a template form that you are required to complete and provide to NSW LRS with the original CT. Copy attached. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Hi. Yes this is still a NSW LRS requirement.
Lodgement verification will confirm this. Kind regards, Michelle
