Production of Title for registration of subdivision plan

Hi,

We have a client in NSW who is looking to register a plan of subdivision. There is no mortgagee on title and we hold the paper Certificate of Title.

Can you "produce" the paper CT via PEXA or do we still have to physically lodge the paper CT over the counter at LRS NSW.

Thank you

Cheers Neala

Re: Production of Title for registration of subdivision plan

Hi Neala

Last time we checked subdivisions must be lodged outside of PEXA and there were no immediate plans to add this feature.

Regards

Nick

Re: Production of Title for registration of subdivision plan

Hi Neala,

Great question! With Paper CT's you will be required to complete an E-Transaction Production Receipt form and present it alongside the paper CT and the Land Registry Services NSW will issue you with a Production Receipt Number which will need to be entered in your consent document.

Please remember to select and "information re-supply" via the action cog found in the Land titles tab in your workspace and check that the production receipt details are updated underneath the Certificate of Title details.

Please click on the link below to find the production receipt form:
