QLD Transfer pursuant to the rules of intestacy

There does not appear to be a function to upload and attach the statutory declaration that is required to be lodged with a transfer pursuant to the rules of intestacy. Do we just hold the statutory declaration in our office to be produced if there is an audit?

We can't seem to find the answer through either PEXA or the titles office.

Thanks
