Re: Queen's Birthday - Public Holiday Operation Hours
Scenario borrowed from another forum... "I have an overdue settlement and our last day of grace is Monday. It's a Pexa settlement and because it's a public holiday in the eastern states we can't settle until Tuesday. The sellers bank is ready and could probably load up the payout figure for Tuesday, today. The seller wants to charge Delay Interest. Since we will be one day over our grace period and the delay is no fault of the seller, can they charge DI regardless of the fact that Monday is a public holiday in the Eastern States? Opinions appreciated."
