We are needing to Lodge a Request to remove an expired Lease in an existing Workspace. I have added Role to the existing workspace as per the Help Centre cards, but I keep getting an error message when creating the Request. We act for the Reg Prop and created the Consent but it won't allow us to create the Request document???
A Request can be lodged via the NSW COVID-19 Temporary Lodgement Option of Paper Dealings through PEXA. The COVID-19 Residual Lodgement process enables paper documents to be sent through to NSW LRS via a PEXA Workspace as a document in PDF format. The NSW LRS will then treat the PDF version of the document as if it were being lodged in paper over the counter.
