Hi, just wanted to reach out to confirm is fees with respect to re-lodgment after settlement has gone through where rectification of mortgage douments has been made need to be re-paid? I pose this as when this has occurred lodgement fees have been paid in PEXA and when we have filed for re-lodgment of requisitioned documents, we have been required to pay 1/2 lodgement fees again.
Does anyone have any clarification on this?
