Hi

If you are doing a refinance and there is 2 properties (from the same bank) can these be done under the one Workspace? or can you only create one nomination form per workspace?

Hello @Alicia

Yes, two separate properties can be included in the single workspace.

You can add multiple titles when you first create the workspace, or via the Land Titles screen.

Once these titles are included in the workspace, you can create documents that reference them, including the Nomination document. 

Please see the screenshot below of the Nomination screen with multiple titles.
