In NSW, will practitioners still be required to send an Order on the Agent if the Real Estate Agent receives the email notification from PEXA?

SolutionHi @Patrick. The new PEXA functionality is designed to enhance members' experience but not to undermine existing obligations. While the Order on the Agent is still supplied, vendors may like to also issue a notice from PEXA to the agent. The vendor should agree with the agent about the appropriate notification mechanism.
Over time, the industry may decide how best to provide notice of settlement to agents. You may like to discuss below.
