My notification emails from PEXA always come in way after they have been sent. This morning at 9.19am I received a message from PEXA advising me that i had a message to read on the pexa dashboard and that message when you open it says that was sent at 11.18am yesterday. I do not have a problem receiving any other emails, they appear in my inbox straight away. I have had this problem since i registered with PEXA - does anybody else have the same problem?

I have also had problems receiving emails - Friday 19/5 Settlement went through at 10:00am - - HOWEVER - we received our advise after 4:22pm (it was sent at 10:30am)
Previously we had a Settlement 17/5 that rolled over from 11am - eventually settled at 3:30pm- there were issues - lots of conversations with Banks - but we were receiving all notifications at least 4 hours after they were sent.
The delay on the emails being sent by PEXA - appears to be getting longer - (no problems with us getting other emails and our webhosting has said it is not on the receiving end)
Hopefully Pexa can address this problem soon !

Sorry there has been a delay in you receiving your email notifications from the PEXA System. We've got our Support and Technology team investigating now for you. I'll provide a response as soon as we have a specific answer for you.

Quick update on your notification email issue: Our technology team are still in the process of reviewing this matter. We have put a few fixes in place and are running some more tests. I'll update you again once we have the solution locked down. Thanks again for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We get confirmation of settlement through quickly - but 3:05am Saturday we received emails relating tot he Settlement that rolled over 90 minutes on Friday 11:00am (email sent at 11:00 CST)

Good news, our technology team have informed me that a few fixes have been successfully implemented.
We have run some tests and it appears to have fixed the issue. We haven't seen any delays in our email notifications in our test environment. That being said, we're very keen to ensure the issue is solved on your side, so please let us know if you have any further delays in receiving your emails.
We'll also continue to monitor this on our side.

Hi Brett part of the problem is the receipt of email being filetered/scanned/email rules etc... It maybe better to have an live chat style message/notification system within the PEXA portal at least for important notices, maybe even optional SMS- for important message/notices, - just my 2 bob!

Dont know what happened - but we are receiving email - the next day - up to 14 hours later - urgent ones like conversations 1/2 hour before Settlement and uploading of payout and settlement delay ! - Hopefully PEXA will sort out soon ?
