We are in VIC and transferring two properties due to a breakdown of relationship with each spouse retaining one property each (they are both currently on title as joint proprietors). They are also refinancing. The mortgagees on title and incoming mortgagees for both titles are the same.
Pexa allows for transfers with multiple titles if all parties are the same but the incoming mortgagee is asking we create two separate workspaces for each security. Should we create two workspaces or can we do both transfers in the once workspace and prepare two transfer of land, notice of acquisitions and so on.
