Can I register a lease via PEXA in NSW acting for the lessee? Must I invite the Proprietor on title into the workspace? What will the fees be for a single title property?

In NSW an electronic Lease dealing form is a single party instrument that is prepared and signed by the Lessor’s Subscriber. Please see link to the RG Guidelines for further information - https://rg-guidelines.nswlrs.com.au/e-dealings/pexa_guidance_notes/complete_a_lease
