I'm new to electronic conveyancing and need some help with an issue please (NSW).
I need to find out how I can provide a Consent to registration of a Lease giving that the CT is already an eCT.
All we want to do is to make it possible for the lease to be registered. Do I need to open a matter? but the other party doesn't want anything with PEXA.
Our client is the mortgagee and is in control of the CT.
