I am wondering what is the procedure to register a Request Form 11R to require NSW LRS to issue separate titles currently held in an Auto-Consol of the Register?

To lodge a Request on the platform please follow the Dealing with Exception process.

The only Request available is Request to Note Retirement Village. There's no generic request.
