Removal of mandatory honorific denoting gender binary paradigm

What would it take to remove the 'title' field from the 'participant' card'? Increasingly we are moving away from prescriptive gender binary 'honorifics' and assignment of gender. Can we include an option to 'opt in' - rather than it being a mandatory field?

Thank you for the question.

PEXA is required to provide name title information on some of the documents available for lodgement. If you view the render of the Notice of Acquisition for example, you can see that this is included on that instrument.

We will pass on your feedback so that this can be considered to be removed as a requirement all instruments. I will provide an update once we have a response from your feedback.
