Request for ideas - "on the go" PEXA access

Hi PEXA Community Members!

I’m doing some research on how we can extend PEXA to give you different ways of accessing workspace information & tasks so you don’t have to always be at your desk or on the laptop. 

For a PEXA settlement, what information or tasks would you need ‘on the go’ access to via a phone or ipad?

Are there any apps that you currently use on your phone or ipad that help you do your day-to-day work?

I have already seen some insightful posts and great suggestions on this topic (thanks @goolwaconveyancing @GB1 @DMc)

The first thing to mind;

Might be handy to link certain important/selected 'to do' reminder tasks with Calendar (outlook & google)...

Conveyancing on the move

I would like to see the conversations and respond to conversations on my IPAD  (the updates to the conversations has been good otherwise)

Perhaps something similar to the  "settleme" app would be also good - Practitioners could get SMS notifications (similar to "Settleme") - in the 24 hours prior to Settlement re tasks to be done by us/others - an option we could turn on if we choose.

Not really "on the go" PEXA access, but would really love to have secure delivery, signing & return of documents to our clients (general public) rather than having to rely on snail mail or unsecured email. Something like the Setts+ Hub...

Maybe more API integration with existing software providers to allow better on the access in their 'on the go' apps.

Been asked before, but would love to be able to digitally sign 'on the go' Android/iOS devices too!

Microsoft remote desktop connection for ipad and iphone - or Jump Desktop App 

I have used both Apps to access my desktop to access icons on desktop

Trust this assists - type into App remote desktop connect, different apps will appear

maybe some plugin(s) to 'Social Media' channels to open more communication channels with our client(s). They in turn would be more likely to celebrate the PEXA success stories...
