Hi Jim,
Your client can register for the app at any time leading up to settlement with the email address and phone number you sent the original invitation to. They do not require the email invitation to use PEXA Key. Please ask them to download PEXA Key app from the Apple app store or the Google Play Store for android. Once they have downloaded the app they need to click on "Activate your account" and they'll be asked to enter their phone number and email. They can then follow the app to complete registration.
