Return of CT after registration of discharge

Our client gave a mortgage over their property as additional security on their son's loan.  The son's property was sold and our client's mortgage to Westpac was discharged in a workspace that we created but could not participate in to provide details of where the Certificate of Title should be delivered. 

Whom do we contact to retrieve the Certificate of Title?

Thank you Mary.  Trish from Westpac Securities in South Australia contacted me and gave me a phone number  for our client to contact to arrange delivery of the CT to their nearest branch.  I  was told in future to raise a conversation in PEXA in regard to delivery of the CT.
