Just curious what other Conveyancers in SA do when requested for a copy of a Transfer document by a bank. It seems something they are looking for at Branch level to assist with their loan approvals - not necessarily mortgage documentation? On PEXA, until the Transfer is stamped we can't produce a copy of it can we? I'm also doubtful that branch level would have access to PEXA information at branch level anyhow - even if one could be produced? I am currently spending time drafting unnecessary paper transfer to send to avoid delays with finance, so wondering what others are doing?
