SA Surrender of Assigned Lease

Is PEXA currently enabled (in SA) to register a surrender of lease for a registered lease by an unregistered party where the registered lessee has assigned the lease to another party, but a transfer of lease has not been registered or will this need to be done as a paper registration? I have already checked to see if the name can be changed via PEXA, but no appropriate item exists re: justification.

Hi Jamila, 
As the current lessee is not registered on the title, then PEXA will not be able to pull their details in to the workspace to complete the transaction. 
As you are also currently unable to complete a transfer of lease in PEXA , this transaction will need to be lodged in paper.
