PEXA is part of a network. Just like PEXA, our network partners, Land Registries and and OSR's, need to build capability to enable electronic lodgement.
To co-ordinate the parallel development efforts across these multiple network partners, PEXA together with the Australian Registrars Working Group (ARWG), have established a formal governance framework for the road map to 100% digital lodgement.
Enhancements for jurisdictional OSR's to accommodate 'Complex Assessments' are most definitely on the agreed road map. (Complex Assessments are: Assessments completed via manual examination rather than via an on-line OSR portal)
As the road map stands today, Complex Assessments will be enabled in the 5 jurisdictions live on PEXA per the below.
- NSW - May 2018 Firm.
- VIC - 2018. To be confirmed.
- SA - 2019 Proposed.
- WA - 2019 Proposed.
- QLD - 2020 Proposed.
Extension of PEXA to ACT, NT and TAS are also included on the ARWG - PEXA road map.
