Sale Proceeds to Client NAB Account following PEXA Settlement

Hi All,

We have recently completed a transaction for a client and they are still waiting on funds to appear in their account 24 hours after settlement.  We had assured client that are generally in account by the end of the same of business at the latest

How long do funds take to clear into client's NAB account following settlement in PEXA?

Thank you

Bec

Re: Sale Proceeds to Client NAB Account following PEXA Settlement

Hi Bec,

Did anyone respond to your below query ?

I am having the same problem with proceeds into a Suncorp account and my client is stressing out now and will lose sleep tonight.

It's a bit concerning if you are doing a sale and purchase on the same day.

Re: Sale Proceeds to Client NAB Account following PEXA Settlement

Hi Sonia,

So this ended up being that the client neglected to tell us that there was a zero at the beginning of their account number.  We received a corrective payment notice to amend and the client then advised that maybe it was because there is a 0 at the front.  Funds then went through within the hour.

Have you put feedback in on your workspace?  This will go directly to the finance team to follow up.

Hopefully you can get it sorted as quickly as we did!

Bec.
