Section 22 Notices under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015

Hi 

Is there any way a Section 22 Notice under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015  can be sent to an Owner's Corporation via PEXA at Settlement (eg through the Settlement Notification Function - can the Notice be attached to an email?). Also is there any way the parties can sign the notice through PEXA or does this need to be done manually outside PEXA?
