Is it the responsibility of the buyer or seller to provide the strata scheme with the section 22?

Hi Rachel
The buyer's representative usually provides the S.22 Notice to the Seller's representative after exchange, then at or straight after settlement, the Vendor's representative hands it to the Purchaser's representative who then sends it to the Strata Manager.
