Our seller client is chasing a tax invoice for the PEXA fees paid. Is this something that is possible?

If you are merely trying to verify your actual PEXA costs...
Have you tried the Settlement completion record...

Hi @DMc,
I've read both the linked threads above and... they're unhelpful. PEXA fees come out of Source Funds in the PEXA system which are either directly from the Purchaser's funds paid to the Vendor (for Vendor's PEXA fees) or from the Purchaser's funds directly (for Purchaser's PEXA fees).
In neither case are the PEXA fees taken from the "Fee Paying Account" or the "your registered source account" as the comments in those threads say.
They certainly are NOT coming from the legal practitioner's account and so we cannot pass these onto the client as a disbursement (as then we would be double-counting and charging our clients).
Could you please clarify what those two linked threads are supposed to say?
Thanks.

Hi @DZTS
My answer was for the benefit of the Opening Poster (OP) @nmurphy .
Only Subscribers are invoiced for the PEXA fee. "PEXA does not provide services directly to the buyer or the seller in the transaction and accordingly, does not bill them."
Hope that is of some assistance!
After referring you to seek your own professional advice (the-one-you-pay-for).
Some subscribers may need to add a Service provision/supply margin &/ G.S.T. for providing the conduit to an ELNO and it's Service Fee.
Some subscribers may be able to pass on the fee in their capacity as a 'tax agent'.
HOWEVER please seek your own specific professional advice.
