I set up PingID in one mobile phone. Each time I need PingID code to log into my PEXA account. However, I have concerns if I lose my mobile phone or forget to bring my mobile phone to work, I will not be able to log into PEXA. Therefore, I wonder if PEXA allows me to set up PingID in multiple devices such as another one on my second mobile phone or a further one my Desktop. If yes, how?

SolutionHi @alanzhang - if you leave your phone at home or lose it please call Support on 1300 084 515 and, following security checks, a member of the PEXA Support team will temporarily disable your multi-factor authentication so that you can log in to PEXA using your username and password. You can only set MFA up on one device.
