I am a buyer who recently put down a deposit for an apartment and I am rather unfamiliar with the PEXA process because when I settled my first home back in 2017, NSW has yet to adopt PEXA. Just wondering is it the usual process to transfer the funds to my solicitor's trust account and he will use the PEXA system to conduct the settlement?
