Shortfall surplus/deficit

Hi 
It would be very helpful and much clearer if there is a surplus of shortfall funds it is highlighted in green and if there is a deficit of shortfall funds it should be highlighted in red. It is very easy to not see the small minus next to the shortfall figure if there is a surplus. It should be much clearer!
