If I sign a FSS which is not balanced in that funds are overallocated or underallocated, can another user within my firm (that is, acting for the same buyer or seller) alter the line items in the FSS, such that the FSS becomes balanced, without me signing again and such that settlement will occur thereafter without me knowing about it, at the scheduled time?

Thank you for your question.
If an existing signed line item is changed or a new line item created by a user of your firm then the FSS will need to be re-signed by you or another signatory in your firm.

I'm still a little uncertain about the pop-up messages, when I am trying to sign, which say:
'Vendor Funds Under Allocated'; or
'Funds Required to Balance Under Allocated.'
'Do you want to include the Settlement Statement when you sign?'
If I do sign the settlement statement, does it mean that if the under allocation issue can be resolved without change to an existing signed line or the creation of a new line item in the settlement statement by a user of my firm, then my signing will remain effective.
For example, might the pop up mean only that funds required to balance are under allocated merely because an incoming mortgagee has not yet signed. Once the mortgagee signs, then so long as there is no change to the line items in the FSS, then I won't need to sign anything again -- true?
